Selling a fully working and fully tested Data Robotics Drobo 5D (5-bay Direct-Attached Storage enclosure, diskless — NO hard drives included). The unit is in good working condition and has been tested on both Windows 10 and macOS 14.

Testing evidence:
The attached photos show the Drobo running under Windows 10 with a couple of hard drives installed for testing purposes. Those hard drives were used only to verify functionality and will NOT be included in the sale.

Software / drivers:
Drobo ended official sales/support in 2023, so there is no vendor support anymore. The hardware is fully working, but please be comfortable using legacy/community resources if needed.
Drobo Dashboard (management software for Windows and macOS) is freely available online via community mirrors and archives. If the buyer prefers, they can message me and I will provide the download location after purchase.

Firmware:
Latest Drobo 5D firmware is installed (the last published 5D release is 4.2.3).
