Beginnings es el álbum solista debut del guitarrista Steve Howe , lanzado en 1975.

Los cinco miembros de la banda Yes publicaron un álbum en solitario en 1975/6. Los miembros Alan White y Patrick Moraz de ese invitado de la alineación en Beginnings , mientras que Howe se presentó en el álbum White's Ramshackled . El álbum también presenta al ex baterista de Yes Bill Bruford en "Pleasure Stole the Night" y "Break Away From It All". También hay miembros de la banda inglesa de rock progresivo medieval Gryphon , Graeme Taylor , Malcolm Bennett, Dave Oberlé en una de las canciones.
