The laptop seems to be working ok but has not been thoroughly tested, so it is being sold as potentially faulty.
Specificaction -> check photos
After pressing the POWER button - the laptop turn on.it's possible enter to the BIOS menu.
Fan (cooler) working loudly
Only this has been tested - nothing more!
I don't know anything else about this computer condition.
I didn't check the internal components (there mayby is HDD/SSD, but maybe not!)
Parts such as RAM, HDD/SSD may be different than the factory specification of this model.

WITHOUT charger (AC adapter)
SCRAP ELECTRONIC!
