Eternal Sonata

Chopin, a well-known composer, is on his deathbed, floating between his present life and the next. Several times in his dreams he encounters a young girl who is facing a terrible future, and he also meets the boy who is trying to save her. These two encounters lead Chopin to discover the light that shines in each person. What emerges from this is a story about the eternal struggle between good and evil, love and betrayal.

Eternal Sonata features anime-style cel-shading graphics and a deep story. In the game you will be able to adjust your combat strategy using Light and Dark. That is why you also have to watch out for enemies hiding in the shadows, because this changes their attack power and potential, just like their physical appearance. You can beat them more easily by luring them into the light. Of course you can also choose to defeat them under the veil of darkness. The special attacks you can perform will also change depending on whether you are in the light or dark.

The story is set in a dream which is also the last three hours of the life of the famous music composer Frederic Chopin. The music in the game is composed by the world famous real pianist Stanislav Bunin, the music plays an important role in Eternal Sonata.
