"Another version of the Rubik's cube.
A standard 3x3x3 cube with sliced off sections giving it 14 sides. It is solved like a normal Rubik's cube. The shape is a cuboctahedron one of the archimedean solids.
It is very similar to the "Truncated Cube" and the "Truncated Trajber's Octahedron", though this one is deeper cut as the former and shallower than the latter.
Back in the eighties it was sold under the name "Wonderful Puzzler"
It was mentioned in David Singmasters Cubic Circular Issue 1 from Autum 1981."
