The dust-jacket is true first state with no reviews. the book is first edition first impression third state. The jacket is in great condition with only some small tears as shown, and some small discolouration. Really good jacket. Book is also great condition and fresh inside, but it has a name on inner-side of front-board. Hard to find first state jacket in this kind of condition. Completely unrestored. Book fresh inside and includes original map in really good condition.
