Bengt Orup – Johansfors "Strikt" Karaff, 1950-tal. Konstglas

A wonderful mid-century carafe from the “Strikt” series, designed by Bengt Orup in 1952 for Johansfors. It is made in clear glass with white linear decoration and a folded spout, a fantastic example of Swedish modernist design from the 1950s.

Condition: Lovely vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or breaks. On one side, the white lines show some yellowing (see close-up photo), not very serious and possibly cleanable. Otherwise well preserved and looks fantastic.
