The European counterpart of DanceDanceRevolution UNIVERSE, keeping its interface, DLC songs, and unlocking system.
The only notable difference between DanceDanceRevolution UNIVERSE and Dancing Stage UNIVERSE is the first group of licenses, with the 15 songs from the North American version being replaced by 12 brand-new licenses for the European version.
Consequently, Dancing Stage UNIVERSE contains three songs less than DanceDanceRevolution UNIVERSE.
Dancing Stage UNIVERSE and its successor are the only Dancing Stage titles with promotional videos for all of their new licenses.
The achievement "All songs cleared." is unobtainable in Dancing Stage UNIVERSE, due to the game sharing the same achievement list as DanceDanceRevolution UNIVERSE. The achievement needs all songs to be cleared, but because this version has less songs than the American version, the player needed to purchase downloadable songs, which are now unavailable.
