Welcome to the PILATES RING SERIES, 3 workouts that will help you sculpt long, lean, dancers muscles! These workouts will take you through all your favourite barre and pilates exercises, with the added intensity of the ring. Squeezing on the ring uses the principle of iso-tension to engage many more muscle groups. Get results fast with these challenging, total body routines!
THE WORKOUTS ARE:
Pilates Ring Barre (43 mins): A traditional barre style workout with the addition of a Pilates ring to tone and chisel dancers hips and legs. Start with some upper body exercises on the mat and then move to a graceful set of lower body exercises to lengthen and define your thighs and seat.
Pilates Ring Mat (48 mins): Start with some upper body exercises on the mat and then move to a graceful set of lower body exercises to lengthen and define your thighs and seat. Utilize all the smaller supporting muscle groups that traditional strength training workouts usually miss.
Pilates Ring Mat and Standing (46 mins): This total body pilates ring workout will hit all your major muscle groups on the mat and standing at the barre. You will move from upper body to abs, then calves, thighs and seat. This one will definitely leave you sore the next day!
Equipment needed: Pilates Ring/Magic Circle and a chair
