Fully mechanical Pentax MX is in good working condition. Quality solid body is made of metal. Light meter works, shutter sounds good and reliable. All light seals were changed. Viewfinder is bright, but has few dust particles which is impossible to avoid in old cameras.

The camera is repainted. Chromium and nickel plating were removed to the bare brass, therefore you will get nice patina on the camera with time or extensive use. Black paint masked personal number engraving under film advance lever and bottom plate, however one can still partially see it under the lever (see pictures).

SMC Pentax-M 50mm has light signs of wear. Aperture blades are oil free and in perfect working condition. The glass surface is in good condition. There are some dust particles inside, which is common for all lenses of that age.
