Not to be confused with Mondo cane 2000 - L'incredibile, http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0140385/combined , which is also known as Mondo Cane 4, this ( Mondo Cane IV, with the roman numeral IV, so it's not confusing at all ) is yet another very boring collection of recycled stock footage, borrowing much from, among others, the original Inhumanities, as well as the Chinese Justice segment from Death Faces IV ( Considering that film's obscurity, its footage was recycled into quite a few of these mondo/ shockumentaries. I've seen it reused about four or five times already, and it doesn't improve with repeated viewings ) But I guess they can do just about anything they want to with these videos, considering the fact that I am likely the only person who has ever watched them from start to finish.

This is another compilation of random death footage, likely compiled by some drunk lunatic with copies of the aforementioned titles, and sitting in the cellar, wearing diapers and a tin foil hat. ( It's one thing to enjoy the thrill of locating and reviewing extremely obscure titles like this, it's a completely different story to produce them )
