LED ZEPPELIN - IV (aka Untitled) / GOLD AUDIOPHILE PRESSING / 40 Golden Greats!
This gold CD was part of a limited edition series titled 40 GOLDEN GREATS which were gold plated CD re-issues in the late 80s celebrating the original first 40 CDs on the Warner Bros CD catalog. These CD usually featured a Gold sticker (not included) on the front of the plastic Jewel case. Two examples are shown in photos 2 and 3. As you can see in the 1st photo the sticker is missing and not included with this CD.
These early CD pressings are preferred by audiophile enthusiasts due to it’s warm analog sound which was flat transferred from the original master tapes.
