this gpu was purchased as defective, and the seller mentioned this in Swedish :
"Kortet ger ifrån sig stark glitch aktiv screen tearing vid 1080p upplösning och bootar inga spel utan det stängs av direkt. Har även inte kollat på kortet då en av kruvarna gängor är trasigt. Överlag så blir även kortet väldigt varm."

there's no guarantee that above text is correct or the only issue. this is just for reference.

i tested the card for short time, it shows green and white lines flickering (photo 4). and when it starts it does not take the driver even after sometime. after downloading the driver it took it but after starting Heaven benchmark it crashes after couple of seconds, and when the pc is restarted it shows there's no driver. (photo 3)
i didn't bother to open it as mostly it's not a thermal issue.
