SHOOT 'EM UP is a fast-paced action thriller, a fast-paced cat-and-mouse game from the first scene to the last. In a shabby back street, Mr. Smith - an attractive and dangerous man - shoots dead three gunmen while helping a woman in labor. He tries to save the woman from the violent men but fails. When he chases the violent men on the run and tries to take care of the newborn baby, he discovers exactly what he doesn't want to discover - a bullet hole in the new mother's head. Smith has no idea what's going on, but he senses danger... What he's just been through is just the beginning. Smith takes care of the newborn baby and goes to the kind-hearted slob DQ who helps him take care of the baby. Although DQ is not sure she can trust Smith, she joins him in the hunt for the mastermind behind the assassination of the woman in labor. The hunt takes them to a place far too vile to even imagine: in the heart of town, Smith and DQ discover what can only be called a baby factory... Among the rich and powerful in town is a market for bone marrow and the babies are the ones who will deliver the "goods" that the "sellers" need.
