If the listing has not yet received any bids, you can edit the content of the listing. However, you cannot change the end time or change the listing format. You can end the listing and re-list it as long as you have not received any bids.
Auction with bids
Auctions that have received bids can no longer be changed with a few exceptions. You can expand the area from which you accept bidders, and you can choose to add a text addition.
You also cannot end an active listing that has received bids.
Fixed-price listings
You can change the same things as for an auction with no bids, but if you need to change the end time or listing format, you will need to end the listing and re-list it.
Shop listings
You can change everything except the listing format on an active shop listing. Currently, active shop listings can only be changed via the tools ProLister or Sello.
Once you have received a bid on your auction, both you and the highest bidder have committed to completing the transaction under the conditions stated in the listing. If another user outbids, they take over the responsibility to complete the purchase.
Add a text addition to the listing explaining the situation, to avoid receiving further bids
Contact the highest bidder, explain the situation, and obtain their agreement to remove the auction via Tradera messages
Contact our customer service once you have received the agreement and we can end the auction for you
If the reserve price has not been met, you can cancel the listing. Please note that you will still have to pay the cost of any add-ons.
We also recommend contacting the highest bidder if you intend to re-list the item, so you do not miss out on bids.
To cancel a purchase if both parties have agreed, you can use the "no sale" function, which the seller can find in the sold list.
If the buyer has already paid for the order, the "no sale" function is no longer available. In this case, you as the seller need to refund the buyer directly.
Here's what to do:
Contact the buyer via Tradera messages and let them know you wish to cancel the purchase
Go to your Sold list, find the listing, and select the option to refund the buyer
