Click the "More" button next to the listing you want to cancel
Click "Cancel"
The cost of any add-ons will be charged even if you cancel the listing.
Has the listing received bids?
You are obligated to sell the item on Tradera once you have received a bid.
Has the item gone missing or has its condition changed? You can add a note to the listing describing what has happened, and you can also contact the highest bidder from the Active listings list.
What happens when the auction ends? Notify the winner of what went wrong and agree on a solution. For example, you can offer a discount if the item was damaged. If no deal is reached, you can cancel the sale to reclaim the commission, or refund the buyer if they missed that something went wrong and accidentally paid.
Giving a discount, refunding, and cancelling the sale can all be done directly in the Your sold items list under "More actions".
Has the item been stolen or completely broken? Then you can contact customer service and we will help you.
When you have received a bid on your auction, both you and the highest bidder have committed to completing the transaction on the terms stated in the listing. If another user outbids, they take over the responsibility for completing the purchase.
Add a note to the listing explaining the situation, to avoid further bids.
Notify the winner when the auction ends and agree on a solution.
In the Your sold items list under "More actions" you can give a discount, refund, and cancel the sale.

If the reserve price has not been met, you can cancel the listing. Note that you will still be charged for any add-ons.
We also recommend contacting the highest bidder if you intend to relist the item, so you don't miss out on bids.
To cancel a purchase when both parties agree, you can use the "failed sale" function, which the seller finds in the sold list.
If the buyer has already paid for the order, the "failed sale" function is no longer available. In this case, you as the seller need to refund the buyer directly.
Here's what to do:
Contact the buyer via Tradera messages and inform them that you want to cancel the purchase
Go to your Sold list, find the listing and select the option to refund the buyer
