Sometimes things don't work quite as intended, and it's helpful to be able to identify why the problem occurs and hopefully also resolve the issue. On this page you'll find tips on simple measures that will hopefully help you solve the problem.
General tips
Check whether there is any operational information on our homepage or our info pages. In the event of general disruptions we update our info pages, and for major operational issues we also post information on the homepage.
Do you know if others are experiencing the same problem? If more than just you are affected, it is likely a general service disruption. If the problem just started, it may be that we haven't had time to post information about it yet, so wait a minute and then check the info pages.
Try using an incognito tab: When you use an incognito tab, you don't carry over cache or cookies. If the problem does not persist in an incognito tab, we recommend that you clear the cache for Tradera. How to do this depends on which browser and operating system you are using.
Try a different browser: Sometimes the problem may be related to which browser you are using, and it may also be that you have so-called browser extensions installed that can affect how the page loads.
Restart the device: Sometimes a restart goes a long way and it doesn't hurt to try it as a step in the troubleshooting process.
Try a different device: If none of the previous tips helped, it's a good idea to try a different device if you have access to one. If the problem persists on a different device, we recommend that you contact us so we can troubleshoot further.
Restart the device: A simple restart of your phone/tablet can solve more problems than you might think.
Update to the latest version of the app: The easiest way to do this is to go to the App Store or Google Play depending on your phone model.
Make sure your phone/tablet is up to date: Sometimes the issue is outside our control. If you have an old version of your phone or tablet's operating system, it can affect how the app works. Note: if you have a very old phone, it may be locked from receiving new updates.
Test whether you get the same error when logging in via the browser: This step is to determine whether the error is with the account or in the app. After trying this step, we recommend that you contact us so we can look into the problem more closely.
