Items sold on Tradera must also be bought and paid for via Tradera. When the whole purchase takes place with us, we can help if something goes wrong, for example if the item does not arrive or does not match the listing.
Listings and messages must therefore not refer buyers to other marketplaces or to deals outside Tradera. The exception is the "Säljes" (For sale) listing format, which is only available for vehicles.
Not allowed
Offering to sell an item outside Tradera in a listing
Linking or referring to other marketplaces or online shops, in text or images
Including phone numbers, email addresses or other contact details in listings or in messages to buyers or sellers
Encouraging buyers to complete the purchase outside Tradera
Using collection to get around buyer protection
Selling the item elsewhere once the listing has received bids, or writing that you reserve the right to do so
Writing in an auction that has received bids that the item has already been sold
Using contact details you have received via Tradera for marketing purposes
Having a username that contains or resembles a web address
Current catalogues that the buyer can order from
Selling email lists or databases containing personal data
Allowed
Stating in the listing that buyers can contact you via Tradera's features
Including contact details in listings as a business, if they are for support and not used to sell outside Tradera
Stating your company registration number and contact details under "Contact" in your Tradera shop, as a business
Showing a logo designed as a domain name in a banner in the description or in your Tradera shop, as a business, as long as it is not clickable and does not encourage purchases outside Tradera
Linking to a blog, Facebook or another page where nothing is sold
Old catalogues and catalogues with collector's value that can no longer be ordered from, as long as the title and description do not contain brands from the catalogue
Books with lists and information, if they have an ISBN and are listed in the right book category
