Free choice of items

"It must be clear what item is being sold in an ad. The item must be predetermined, and any color and size must be specified.

Why do we have this rule?

Ads where the buyer is given the opportunity to choose from different products after the purchase is completed often lead to unpleasant purchasing experiences as the buyer does not have the exact terms and conditions of the ad. Since the item is not predetermined, Tradera has a harder time helping with any problems in buying or selling. It is allowed to sell items that are modified after the purchase according to the buyer's wishes as long as the item refers to a specific color, size and/or model. Customizing, changing or adding to the item must then be included in the price.
