How does offers on Tradera work?

Price suggestion is a feature on Tradera that allows the buyer to send a request to the seller to sell the item at a lower price.

• Only works on Buy Now listings
• You can send a maximum of 3 suggestions per listing
• You cannot send a price suggestion that is more than 20% cheaper than the price (we recommend staying between 5-20% to increase the chance of the seller accepting)
• If you enter an amount that is too low in the price suggestion, you will receive an error message with information about the lowest possible price suggestion
• An offer is active for 24 hours from when the buyer sends it
• When an offer is accepted, price suggestions from other users are automatically rejected
• The function cannot be turned off

Reasons why a price suggestion is no longer valid:

• 24 hours have passed
• The seller has taken down the listing
• Tradera has taken down the listing
• The seller has rejected the price suggestion
• The listing has ended and the seller has restarted it without first responding to the price suggestion
