Pharmaceutical-related items
The sale of pharmaceutical-related items is restricted on Tradera. The sale of prescription or over-the-counter drugs is not permitted, nor is it permitted to use medical claims in advertisements.
Why do we have this rule?
Because the sale of drugs and medical equipment is prohibited or regulated by law, we want to help our members comply with Swedish legislation. The reason we do not allow medical claims is because the Swedish Medical Products Agency classifies products as drugs based on the product's marketing and properties. If you are selling goods such as dietary supplements, herbal remedies, or similar, it is important to find out whether your item is classified as a drug or not.
