How do I set up combined shipping rules in the cart? (Store listing)

If your store items are purchased on confirmation, you can use whichever combined shipping settings you like. If your store items are purchased on payment, you need some form of automatic combined shipping for it to work. In other words, you cannot use manual combined shipping together with purchase on payment. You can also choose to offer free shipping above a certain amount.
