What does unsold fee mean?
The unsold fee is charged if you publish more than 500 listings within a single calendar month. If you have published more than 500 listings during a calendar month, an unsold fee will be charged for each unsold listing starting from listing 501.
The limit is increased to 500 listings.
The unsold fee is calculated based on listings that start during a month and not from their end date.
Listings where the seller has chosen to donate the amount to an organization/charity are not included in the number of listings and are therefore completely excluded from the unsold fee.
Example: You first list 500 items in January. Some of these are sold, others are not. You then list 10 more items, 3 of which are not sold. These 3, which were listed after the initial 500, are charged 3-10 SEK each depending on the category in which the item was listed. The fees will appear on the next invoice, which will be issued at the beginning of February.
