The refund is usually processed within approximately 48 hours after the return has been collected from the pickup point.

We try to remind the seller, but if the package isn’t collected, it will be returned to you. Once you’ve received it, you can contact us, and we’ll help you send it to Tradera and complete the refund.

Even if the account is closed, the seller can still send the item. That’s why we give them a chance to do so within the deadline before we take further action.

If you both agree, the item can be sent again. Otherwise, the purchase can be canceled and you will receive a refund.

Bids and purchases are binding when buying from private sellers. To cancel the purchase, you and the seller need to agree on it.
