Fitted blazer from LOFT by Ann Taylor, in a blue/black color - looks black to me, unless I put it right next to something else in black, so please see photos. Has two decorative pockets, four buttons on each cuff and a single-button closure in the front. It has no size tag or label inside, but fits a size 38.
