The Watch

Louis Brandt (born year 1825) founded an assembly workshop in La Chaux-de-Fonds back in 1848 - that was the beginning of OMEGA. His sons; Loius-Paul Brandt and César Brandt further developed the company and were among the first to apply refined mechanical manufacturing procedures to high quality watches.

The year 1894 saw the beginning of the production of the famous Omega calibers, remarkable for its perfect construction. With the end of the second World War Omega is overwhelmed with orders. In this period this rare Omega was made!

The Condition

This is what its all about!

Raw. Genuine. Vintage.

This beauty from 1951 is not a safe Queen but got all the character you want from a vintage watch -this watch can tell some amazing stories.

The dial of this watch is a 100% factory original dial with lovely ”cup-cake” lume. The patinated dial got signs from ageing as you can see but still is the original one from 1951. Pretty fascinating!

The case is the bigger one at 36mm and is in a good condition with still sharp lines. There is of course some signes of wear but nothing remarkabel

The crystal is new. And so is the strap.
