Introduced in 1953 as Rolex’s first watch with a rotating bezel, the Turn-O-Graph paved the way for iconic tool watches like the Submariner and GMT-Master. Relaunched in the early 2000s, the modern Turn-O-Graph features Rolesor construction (steel and 18 ct yellow gold), the reliable Calibre 3135, and a distinctive bidirectional fluted bezel. This 2005 example showcases a white dial paired with red accents on the central seconds hand and date numerals—a design flourish unique to the reference. Recently overhauled and pressure-tested in 2025, it combines the classic “Thunderbird” charm with modern precision and durability.
