Certina DS-2 Vintage Automatic – Hi-Beat Cal. 25-651 (1968–1976)
For sale is a vintage Certina DS-2 from the late 1960s / early 1970s, powered by the respected Certina 25-651 Hi-Beat movement.
Specifications:

• Case dimensions: 38.5 mm x 42 mm x 12 mm
• Movement: Certina Cal. 25-651 Hi-Beat
• Production period: approximately 1968–1976

The dial is in remarkably well-preserved condition and presents beautifully. The movement is running and starts when wound.
Please note that the hand-setting mechanism is stiff. Due to this, the setting wheel produces a slight clicking sound during hand adjustment. The watch will likely benefit from servicing and inspection before regular use.
The case and crystal show signs of age and wear consistent with a vintage watch.
A very attractive example of the iconic Certina DS-2, featuring one of Certina’s sought-after Hi-Beat movements and an exceptionally nice original dial.
