I grew up in the region of Österlen. Famous for it´s beautiful nature and apple orchards. Every year they make a 100 square meter work of art with 35 000 apples in the town of Kivik.
ASTRAKAN is inspired by a apple wine with vanilla and cinnamon but with a twist.
