Fine! Azurite - Tsumeb Mine, Namibia

Very good and gemmy Azurite thumbnail from the famous Tsumeb Mine in Namibia. It seems to be many twinned crystals, which also causes interesting patterns on the surface of the specimen. I'm not really sure how it formed, but I believe there is a lot of twinning going on. The specimen was found in the 1980s or earlier and is quite valuable, but I'm open for offers.

Dimensions: 2.2 x 1.7 x 0.7 centimeters.

Provenance: comes in the original labelled box from the previous owner who died in 1994 and collected from the 1960s-1980s.
