Up for sale, precision high quality air variable capacitor made by Ducati - Italy
It is a high quality capacitor of which the stator and rotor sections are each a single block of machined aluminium. The stator hangs on four glass insulators and the rotor is on ball-bearings. The frame is white painted cast aluminium. All this is done to achieve the high accuracy needed for its purpose which is to be the main variable capacitor in VFO
Size appx. 90 x 60 x 60 mm 3.55 x 2.37 x 2.37 inch
