Evil eye bracelet

Beaded bracelet in blue, white and gold colors, with 3 ‘evil eye’ beads spaced out around it; one bigger and two smaller. Unsure about the materials, but the evil eye beads seems to be plastic and the smaller beads might be glass? The string is slightly elastic, but not something I would be comfortable pulling a lot on or put on without opening the lobster clasp. My wrist is ~14,5 cm and has a bit of room in it, but the measuring cone I found online and printed, says the circumference is ~6,5”, which should equal to ~16,5 cm
