The Lord of the Rings - three hardbacks with very good unclipped dust jackets:
The Fellowship of the Ring - 2nd ed, 15th impression (1985)
The Two Towers - 2nd ed, 13th impression (1985)
The Return of the King - 2nd ed, 12th impression (1984)
Please note that these printings are not the Unwin Hyman ones - they are George Allen & Unwin, with Unwin Hyman dust jackets added. Since these are among the very last GA&U impressions, it may have been that the publisher was using older stock with newly printed dust jackets.
The red top stain on Fellowship has "bled" onto the front free end paper but there is little impact on subsequent pages (see photos). Also, the text block on Fellowship has become unglued from the spine (see photo and compare with the other two volumes) though the text block and binding are themselves holding firm.
