Two Japanese Imari Porcelain Jars - Late 19th Century

Two antique Japanese Imari (Arita ware) porcelain jars, late Edo to early Meiji period (ca. 1850-1880).
Larger jar with cover: approx. 21 cm high (including lid with knop finial) 12.5cm without lid.
Smaller jar (without cover): approx. 10.5 cm high
Decorated in classic Imari style with underglaze blue and overglaze iron-red enamels, featuring large lotus/peony blossoms, pine, bamboo and floral panels. Bodies in good condition with strong colors and no damage. Lid of the larger jar is restored/repaired with visible rim fritting and glaze wear.
Charming small-scale examples from the Arita kilns, perfect for collectors of 19th-century Japanese ceramics.
Condition: Bodies very good; larger lid restored (as shown in photos). Sold as-is.
