The Finnish poster features an exceptionally dramatic design by Toimi Kiviharju, combining vivid colour fields, expressive photographic montage and the striking syringe motif symbolising fear, guilt and psychological manipulation.

CONDITION

Grade: VF- (Very Fine minus)
No pinholes. Three light horizontal fold lines. Two small edge tears (approximately 1.5 cm lower left and 1 cm upper right). Light overall wrinkling from age. The reverse shows staining from historical moisture exposure, with faint traces visible on the front mainly in the lower right corner. The poster is completely dry, structurally sound and displays very well when framed.

An outstanding Finnish design from the 1950s, combining bold colour, symbolic imagery and excellent wall display appeal.
