We are Resellers, many of our games are in used condition. We try to restore all of our CDs to the best possible condition.
Our rating system:
2/5- Many Seeable scratches.
3/5- Good.
Used condition, few scratches.
4/4- Very Good.
Minor scratches, Nearly to none.
5/5- Excellent.
No scratches, Like New.
Payment terms:
We shall receive payment for the item purchased within 3 days, if no other agreement is made.
Shipping:
* Free Shipping for purchases over 1500kr, within Sweden.
* Trackable shipping only, for the safety of both buyer and seller.
* Combined shipping when buying several items for cheaper shipping.
All purchases are shipped within 3 business days of payment.
Withdraw & Returns:
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of return on your purchase from the day you received the item.
* Upon return, the item I checked and refunded in full if the item's condition is unchanged.
* If the item's condition has deteriorated, the reduction in value is deducted from the amount, the return can also be refused completely.
Note! In case of returns, you as buyer are responsible for the shipping costs.
Before you withdraw or return an item, please contact us via Tradera message.
If an item is not picked up:
*When a package is not collected from the collection point, it is sent back to the sender.
* When the package comes back, it is handled as a return and the item is refunded.
* Shipping is not refunded. Should the package be sent again, the buyer will be charged for a new shipment.
