The buyer wants to withdraw their bid

Bidding on Tradera is binding and it is not possible to remove a bid during an ongoing auction. If the winner of the auction wants to cancel the purchase, it is up to you as the seller whether you agree to this.

If you approve cancelling the transaction, report this by selecting “Uncompleted sale” from the “More actions” menu in the Your Sold list.

If a bid has been placed with too many zeros by mistake, the bidder can edit their maximum bid themselves.

Here’s how:

• Go to the listing
• Click “Change maximum bid”
• Enter the amount you want to lower it to
• Click confirm and the maximum bid is now updated!
