Brand copies, counterfeits, and other copies
You are allowed to sell genuine goods on Tradera. If the item you are selling is a copy (such as counterfeit watches and handbags), replica, bootleg, or forgery, you are not allowed to sell it on Tradera.
Why do we have this rule?
It is against the law to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others (such as trademarks or copyrights). In other words, selling unauthorized copies and counterfeits is illegal and not permitted on Tradera.
