How to interpret the condition variants

We have introduced several different item condition variants to make it clearer for sellers and set the right expectations for buyers.

Unused – Brand new and never used

The item may come in its original packaging or without packaging, but with no signs of use whatsoever. No marks, scratches, or other defects.

Very good condition – Used once or twice

The item may have minimal signs of use, but these are barely noticeable and do not affect the overall impression.

Examples of defects that may occur in very good condition:

  • Slightly dented or damaged packaging
  • Very small scratch on surface (e.g., phone case, glass, or metal)
  • Small stain, dust, or crease from trying on

Good used condition – Minor signs of use

The item may have minor signs of wear, such as small scratches or light pilling, but is fully functional and without major damage.

Examples of defects that may occur in good used condition:

  • Small scratches or light pilling on fabric or surface
  • Minor discoloration around cuffs, hems, or edges
  • Slight wear on corners, handles, or buttons

Fair used condition – Visible signs of wear

The item shows clear signs of wear such as scratches, stains, or fading. It is still usable but with noticeable cosmetic flaws.

Examples of defects that may occur in okay used condition:

  • Multiple scratches or faded areas
  • Worn soles, scuffed corners, or scratched screens
  • Visible stains, stretched fabric, or washed-out label

Defective – Damaged or not working

The item does not function properly or has a defect that requires repair. It is sold mainly for parts, repair, or reuse.

Examples of defects that may occur in this condition:

  • Broken zipper, sole, or crack in plastic/metal
  • Missing accessories, parts, or remote control
  • Electronics that do not start or have loose connections

Always remember to describe any defects in detail and upload pictures showing the item’s condition.
