FORSENDELSE OG AFHENTNING
Køb kan ikke afhentes.
Alle pakker sendes fra Danmark søndag - tirsdag (så din pakke ikke risikerer længere fragttid på grund af weekender).

FRAGTPRISER
Traderas fragtpriser anvendes og fragt købes via Tradera.
Der gives altid mulighed for 3 dages samfragt.
Hvis du er kommet til at betale porto flere gange refunderes det, som du evt. har betalt for meget automatisk, når jeg bestiller porto. Tilbagebetalingen sker via Tradera.

BETALING
Betaling bør ske snarest muligt efter afslutning af auktionen. Hurtig betaling sikrer, at din plante sendes dagen efter auktionen.
Modtages betalingen senere, kan det betyde, at dine planter først sendes senere og uden DOA-garanti.
Der modtages udelukkende betaling via Tradera og indtægter fra alle salg opgives til de danske skattemyndigheder.

MOMS og CVR
Da jeg sælger efter reglerne for hobbyvirksomheder i Danmark, er jeg momsfritaget og har ikke CVR-nr.

PLANTEPAS / IMPORTTILLADELSE
Jeg udsteder ikke plantepas eller phytocertifikat. Når du byder på annoncen, er du indforstået med det.

Du har selv ansvaret for, at reglerne for import i dit land overholdes. Jeg dækker ikke udgifter, der måtte følge af myndigheders kontrol af forsendelsen, bøder eller andre følgeudgifter.

TRANSPORTSTRESS
Planter er levende og påvirkes af kulde og varme. Planterne kan således vise tegn på stress som følge af transporten. Der gives ikke kompensation for forventede følger af transporten. Hvis du er utilfreds med den tilstand, som pakken kommer i bedes du altid tage kontakt til mig. Tag straks billeder af planten og evt. pakken og send dem med.

Hvis en plante forventeligt bliver meget stresset af transporten, vil det fremgå af annoncen, hvis jeg er bedst om det.

DOA-GARANTI (DEAD-ON-ARRIVAL)
Der gives fuld kompensation for planter, der er døde ved modtagelse.

Garantien forudsætter, at
- du har betalt dit køb den dag, som auktionen slutter. (Hvis der er andre aktive auktioner, som du vinder, er det det døgn, som sidste aktion vindes, der gælder.)

- du henter din pakke den dag, hvor den er klar til afhentning.

- du tager billeder straks ved udpakning af planten og sender dem som dokumentation.

STANDARD LETTER

SHIPPING AND PICKUP
Items cannot be picked up.
All packages are sent from Denmark on Sundays, Mondays or Tuesdays to avoid extended transit times due to weekends.

SHIPPING RATES
Tradera's shipping prices are used and shipping is purchased via Tradera.
There is always the option of 3-day combined shipping.
If you have paid postage several times, any overpayments you may have paid will be refunded automatically. The refund will be made via Tradera.

PAYMENT
Payment should be made as soon as possible after the auction ends. Quick payment ensures that your plant is shipped the day after the auction.
If your payment is received later, it may mean that your plants will not be shipped until later and without the DOA guarantee.
Payment is only received via Tradera and income from all sales is reported to the Danish tax authorities.

VAT and CVR
Since I sell according to the rules for hobby businesses in Denmark, I am VAT exempt and do not have a CVR number.

PLANT PASSPORT & IMPORT PERMIT
I do not issue plant passports or phytocertificates. When you bid on the item, you agree to this. You are responsible for complying with the import regulations in your country. I do not cover expenses that may result from official inspections of the shipment, fines or other consequential expenses.

TRANSPORT STRESS
Plants are living organisms and can be affected by cold and heat. They may show signs of stress as a result of transportation. No compensation is provided for expected effects of transport. If you are dissatisfied with the condition in which the plant arrives, please contact me immediately. Take pictures of the plant and, if applicable, the package, and send them along.

If a plant is expected to be significantly stressed by transport, this will be noted in the listing if I am aware of this factor.

DOA GUARANTEE (DEAD-ON-ARRIVAL)
Full compensation is given for plants that are dead upon receipt.

The guarantee requires that
- you have paid for your purchase on the day the auction ends. (If there are other active auctions that you win, the day that the last action is won is the day that applies.)

- you pick up your package on the day it is ready for collection.

- you take pictures immediately upon unpacking the plant and send them as documentation.
