This is a vintage Leitz Wetzlar tripod, made in West Germany.
Looks Cool, and allows to Vertical / Horizontal Shooting. Dual 3/8 and 1/4 inch threads for mounting.
The legs are sturdy when folded out, however do flop around a bit when folded in - as they are a little loose. You'll still be able to get a steady shot, and it looks pretty.
