Concord Valjoux 90 Triple Calendar Pointer Date

Overall fair condition

The desirable manual wind Valjoux 90 movement functions well and keeps time, pointer date hand moves over correctly and can be adjusted by the bottom pusher at 8:30. The day window rolls over as it should with hand advancement, but the 10:00 top pusher is missing so cannot quick change the dates - when carefully inserting an external tool, I can see that the Month can be changed with some pressure, so the function seems to be healthy, just need a new push tube installed. Service history unknown. Many of these triple date watches were sold with more basic FHF/AS/Felsa/Venus etc movements.

Foil dial has some aging but overall very attractive and rare Roman numeral configuration

Case has some wear, including some minor superficial pitting as seen in the photos

Concord worked with many of the big name brands in the 1930s-50s, this would have then been undoubtedly sold as a high end, luxury timepiece
