In Daoism (Taoism) and Chinese philosophy, qì is the invisible energy that gives life and movement to all things. It’s similar to concepts like prana in Indian tradition or spirit in Western thought. Balancing one’s qì leads to harmony and well-being.

And in Chinese medicine, qì flows through the body along pathways called meridians. Good health comes from smooth, balanced qi.
