-- Collector Notes
* Card Value: A monumental piece of TCG history, Chansey #3/102 is one of the original 16 holofoil rares from the legendary 1999 Wizards of the Coast Base Set. Known historically as one of the hardest cards to find in pristine condition due to its high scratching susceptibility, this vintage classic is highly desired by retro collectors, nostalgic Gen 1 enthusiasts, and binder completionists looking to finish a historic master set.
* Art/Legacy: Wonderfully illustrated by the legendary Ken Sugimori, capturing the Egg Pokémon in its classic vintage stock pose. Featuring the beloved retro galaxy starfoil pattern in the background field and the original 1999 card framing, it delivers unmatched pure 90s nostalgia and exceptional vintage charm.
* Condition Details: Evaluated at Played / Poor (PL/PO) condition. As a heavily loved vintage piece, this card shows distinct indicators of heavy handling and circulation, which may include noticeable holofoil surface scratching, clouding, edge silvering, moderate-to-heavy corner whitening, or light creasing/scuffing. It carries the authentic character of a 90s playground survivor, remains completely structurally intact, and serves as an affordable filler option to complete an iconic vintage binder collection.
