One year after the cataclysmic battle with Onslaught in New York City, Franklin Richards is hiding in the Florida Everglades with the Man-Thing! Suddenly a powerful woman named Ashema (of the Celestials) appears and tells Franklin that he created the Heroes Reborn Universe where his parents and the other superheroes currently reside! Unfortunately though, Franklin's action have wreaked havoc in the space-time continuum (with regard to the Hulk) and either Earth-616 or his pocket universe must be destroyed! When Ashema transports Franklin to the Heroes Reborn universe, he does what any child would do: ask his fantastic parents for advice! The end of the world is coming! But which world? Cameo appearances by Peter Parker, Anna Watson, and Thor. Flashback cameos by the Avengers, Fantastic Four, X-Men, and Thunderbolts. (Notes: This issue begins with a 4-page recap of the recent events in the Heroes Reborn universe. This limited series bridges the gap between the end of the second volumes of the Avengers, Fantastic Four, Iron Man, and Captain America titles; and the launch of their corresponding third volumes in February 1998.) 48 pages.
