The vindictive Vulture emerges victorious from the three-way tussle inside the phony Prowler's apartment! The second place finisher, the Sensational Spider-Man, heads home to rest after taking the Prowler to the local hospital. The next day in Central Park, the Vulture tries to finish off the web-slinger; but falls into the clutches of the despondent D.K.! Will the Vulture emerge triumphant again? Or will he emerge as a defeated old man? Final appearance of D.K. Cameo appearances by Mary Jane Watson, Anna Watson, Billy Walters, J. Jonah Jameson, Dr. Kafka, John Jameson, Mindy Brown, Hobie Brown, and the Living Monolith. (Note: This issue features a gatefold cover detailing the current storyline.)
