In the second chapter, all the heroes of Dakota and Metropolis must contend with this awesome being while Fred Bentson's power grows. Continues in Superboy (1994 3rd Series) #7. Written by Robert L. Washington III and Dwayne McDuffie, with pencils by Chris Batista, Mark Bright, Chriscross, Denys Cowan, Tom Grummett and John Paul Leon.
