For sale: A rare and authentic Apple Macintosh SE, model M5010, manufactured in 1988 - a true pioneer from the infancy of computer technology and an icon in Apple history. This is one of the very first Macs with a built-in hard drive and the classic rainbow logo.

The machine has not been tested, and the condition of the electronics is unknown. Sold as a decorative klenodium and collector's item, not as a functional machine.

Note:

The top has an obvious damage where a corner of the plastic has broken off, and you can see into the metallic structure. This gives a raw and honest feel, but it is entirely possible to repair cosmetically for those who want to use the unit as an exhibition object, installation, or part of a design exhibition. Alternatively, the damage is retained as part of the authentic vintage expression.
