This is the Program that started it all! The original Jane Fonda's Workout which, I am proud to say, became the top selling VHS tape of all time. Finally remastered here for DVD use.

This DVD contains two parts. A 30-minute Beginners program and a 60-minute Advanced program. This will give you a total body aerobic, strength, and flexibility workout. For a great way to maintain cardiovascular health, start with the Beginners program and work your way up to the Advanced routine.

In the years since starting my Workout programs, we have learned definitively that exercise is a key component of healthy aging. It has absolutely made the difference in my own life, and the lives of thousands of others who continue to do this workout today.
