This DVD is packed with 6 individual core routines: each one can easily stand on its own when youre either lacking time or looking for a great addition to an existing workout. You can also mix and match any or all of these "cuts" to create a longer workout that attacks your core from all angles. Youll start with an upright warm-up that prepares your core to be challenged. Then, you can choose from a standing core section using a medicine ball (optional), a kneeling core blast, an intense Ballast or Stability ball core workout or some new variations to traditional core work on the floor. Any one of these sections by itself will give you a great workout and together, they take core training to a whole new level.

Rob Glick is an internationally acclaimed fitness professional and professional fitness consultant for Global Fitness Solutions. He is the recipient of CanFitPros 2006 International Presenter of the Year award and ECAs 2005 Best Male Presenter award. He holds a bachelors degree in exercise science; is a star trainer on Exercise TV, leader of many fitness videos, and master trainer for efi Gravity Training, BOSU and Schwinn Cycling.

Kimberly Spreen is the National Director of Group Fitness for Life Time Fitness, a premier healthy way of life company that operates over 80 centers across the US. She is a member of the IDEA Program Director Committee, one of Exercise TVs Star Trainers as well as star of several exercise videos an a professional fitness consultant with Global Fitness Solutions.
