Pentax K1000. Tested

Pentax K1000 - Fully Working Film Camera with 50mm Lens
This Pentax K1000 is in full working order with honest signs of use - it’s a real shooter, not a shelf piece.

What works:
· All mechanical functions operating
· Light meter tested and working with fresh battery (see note below)
· Shutter fires at all speeds
· Test roll included: shot two weeks ago on Kodak Gold 200 using the built-in meter - photos attached

Condition notes:
· Cosmetic wear consistent with a well-used film camera
· Light seals replaced (mirror damper and one on door seal)
· 50mm lens: no major damage, but shows use (some dust/marks, no fungus) - I’d rate it 2.5/5 condition-wise
· UV filter included (scratched, recommend replacing)

Battery quirk: The replacement battery is a modern equivalent, so it sits at about 95% fit. If the meter doesn’t wake up immediately after changing it, just nudge the battery slightly - not a defect, just the reality of using modern cells in vintage cameras.
